High quality of services
In order to allow industrials in the Food Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, and Fine Chemistry to implement automated production of liquid or paste substances in clean, ultra-clean, or sterile environments, our subsidiary, FOSELEV PROCESS SOLUTIONS, offers comprehensive solutions for the design, fabrication, implementation, and qualification of process assemblies that can be cleaned and sterilized in place.
Our know-how and analytical capabilities, paired with state-of-the-art material resources and highly qualified personnel teams, allow us to assist you in whatever volume, specifications, and complexity your project entails.
For new works or unit construction, installation revamping, short and long-term maintenance operations, or preliminary studies integrating “clean concept” methods, our process integration unit offers all-inclusive, comprehensive turnkey services.
These offerings include designing liquid and paste fabrication facilities with cleaning and sterilization in place, for the introduction of powders and mixtures, CIP-SIP and heat treatments; design of clean utilities (WFI, PW and UHP water, pure steam), and black utilities; as well as managing traceability and automation of all equipment.
FOSELEV PROCESS SOLUTIONS assigns a team of specialized business managers and experienced piping/assembly technicians, and disposes of a 3D CAD Design Office dedicated to “clean concept”, a cleanroom equipped with four 10 ton capacity gantry cranes for process piping and skid prefabrication, and a fleet of machinery and specialty tools for orbital welding, industrial endoscopy, and more.
We reinforce our expertise through key partnerships with specialists in computer automation, engineering, civil engineering, HVAC, and “clean concept” secondary works, in order to ensure the most efficient management and completion of all projects.
We guarantee quality of service that is acclaimed by our clients and confirmed by the most demanding certifications and accreditations, such as ISO 9001 and MASE.
