These offerings include designing liquid and paste fabrication facilities with cleaning and sterilization in place, for the introduction of powders and mixtures, CIP-SIP and heat treatments; design of clean utilities (WFI, PW and UHP water, pure steam), and black utilities; as well as managing traceability and automation of all equipment.
FOSELEV PROCESS SOLUTIONS assigns a team of specialized business managers and experienced piping/assembly technicians, and disposes of a 3D CAD Design Office dedicated to “clean concept”, a cleanroom equipped with four 10 ton capacity gantry cranes for process piping and skid prefabrication, and a fleet of machinery and specialty tools for orbital welding, industrial endoscopy, and more.
