FOSELEV: A leading industrial partner in Dunkirk for over 20 years

The FOSELEV Group, which has been operating in the Dunkirk area for over 20 years, is now strengthening its position in the Hauts-de-France region by accelerating its growth in Dunkirk. As part of this initiative, the Group acquired an exceptional 13-hectare site in Petite-Synthe two years ago, where it continues to invest and is rolling out a range of specialized services. The FOSELEV Group thus aims to support local manufacturers in their projects, at the heart of an unprecedented transformation, while actively contributing to employment with over 1,000 jobs to be filled.

Founded in 1970, the FOSELEV Group is today a key player in the industrial, construction, nuclear, and energy sectors. A STRENGTHENED HISTORICAL FOOTHOLD IN THE DUNKERQUE REGION.

With a presence in the Dunkirk region for over twenty years through several subsidiaries, the Group took a new step in its regional development two years ago. The acquisition of a oversize industrial site in Petite-Synthe, spanning 13 hectares and comprising 34,000 m² of workshop space, marked a significant acceleration of its presence in the Hauts-de-France region.

This site serves as a true hub for the FOSELEV Group activities suck as modular construction, lifting, industrial maintenance, and storage activities, complemented by training offer, positioning it as a comprehensive industrial services center capable of covering a wide range of activities and sectors: nuclear, energy, manufacturing, and steel…

Several of the Group’s subsidiaries are based at this site: COFICIEL SOLUTIONS MODULAIRES, FOSELEV HAUTS-DE-FRANCE, TECHNIC HYDRO FORMATION, and CIMAT SARTEC. Other Group subsidiaries, such as SISE and STL, also operate in the Dunkirk area and contribute to the diversity of expertise available in the region, particularly in metallurgy and industrial transfers.

A STRONG COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS.

The Dunkirk site also exemplifies the FOSELEV Group’s ambition regarding employment and the transfer of expertise. Major recruitment campaigns have been launched and are ongoing, with over 1,000 jobs to be filled to support the growth of operations and bolster local industrial dynamism. The FOSELEV Group is actively seeking field, technical, and managerial profiles across all its business lines, driven by a strong conviction: the Hauts-de-France region is brimming with talent to fuel this momentum.

The expansion of our operations in Dunkirk is accompanied by a strong recruitment drive, supporting the region’s industrial growth.

A COMMITMENT TO THE INDUSTRY OF TODAY AND TOMORROW.

The Dunkirk region is currently undergoing a major industrial transformation driven by transformative projects in decarbonization, energy, and logistics.

In this context, the FOSELEV Group intends to play a leading role and is mobilizing to support several mega-projects, particularly in the nuclear sector, but also alongside established and emerging industrial sectors engaged in these transformations.

The Group is thus involved in both large-scale projects and more targeted operations, which are essential to daily industrial activities and the gradual transformation of the local industrial fabric.

A SUSTAINABLE AMBITION IN THE SERVICE OF REGIONS.

Convinced that the industrial future is built in close partnership with local regions, the FOSELEV Group intends to continue its development in the Hauts-de-France region with a clear objective: to provide long-term support for the region’s industrial transformation and contribute to its economic vitality.
